BiB/Oa: Can you introduce this queer goddess that hords of followers call "Lesbo Pig" in their most secret prayers? (Was she really conceived in the snow?)
Ros: One third of Lesbo Pig was born and conceived in the snow. One third of her lives in Stockholm, one in London, and the other third is currently homeless but will be in Madrid by the time you read this. Lesbo Pig as a whole was conceived in Berlin. Yesterday someone tried to tell her that she should change her name to 'Lesbo Flower' because Lesbo Pig is too offensive

BiB/Oa: More practically, who is behind the rituals? Where does the pink side of the force come from? How was it organized? Through what device did plural turn to singular?
Ros: Lesbo Pig is actually the combined forces of 3 smaller pigs, called lesbo (she sings), pig (she plays guitar and sometimes grunts) and piglet (she plays violin, sings and plays percussion). The pink side of the force comes from lesbo's ill-advised fetish for all things pink, and her persuasive powers over the other pigs. It is not really appropriate to use the verb organise when talking about lesbo pig's activities. Lesbo pig is more of a shambollic stumbling slightly clumsy arbitrary arrangement. Lesbo Pig was always singular, because… umm well I don't really know why. It's neater. And Lesbo Pig in her separate parts is not lesbo pig.

BiB/Oa: Since Lesbo Pig can obviously not hold a pen (look at her hands/feet!), who is writing the holy words down? Who is filtering her melodies through earthly musical instruments? Can you tell us more about this magic creation process?
Ros: Actually, if you listen to Lesbo Pig carefully you will notice that all the instruments are played with piggy trotters, not human hands. Years of training resulted in her mastering the ability to hold a violin bow in her trotters. When making sleeve notes and piggy prints for the ever-so important album artwork, lesbo pig uses her snout. she writes the songs using a complicated machine called a time-sucking device, which means that the three little piggies that make her up as a whole are only ever in the same country for short periods of time, and only ever have one minute in which to write the songs.

BiB/Oa: .a. Is Lesbo Pig fighting a piggy lesbian battle or a progy queer war (this queer mutiny sounds so sweet to me ears...) ?
b. Does Lesbo Pig believe in seperatism?
c. Has Lesbo Pig managed so far to save a lot of human beings from oppressive gender boundaries?
Ros: a. Lesbo pig is fighting a pro-pig pro-diy queer war… most of this war is against the mainstream gay scene, which is evil. Some of this war is against the boring hetero-normative squares. But also against the music industry.
b. despite what she just said, lesbo pig does not believe in any forms of separatism. Or elitism, which basically amounts to the same thing (separatism=elitism=separatism). Although perhaps in some cases it can be justified (women-only spaces in particular circumstances, as long as this includes trans women)
c. Lesbo Pig have succeeded in persuading a few people to renounce their genders in favour of non-gender-specific-piggy queerness. (but not enough). Even some people that she has played with in the past have turned to the dark side. Unfortunately though, the vast majority of people who need to be saved the most talk over lesbo pig during her set which means they can't hear what she is saying (and noone else can either).

BiB/Oa: What are Lesbo Pig's plans for the future? It might be time to go on crusade, what does her piggly honour think? And get the Moldy Peaches to open!!!
Ros: Lesbo Pig is being interviewed on swedish national radio on Monday! and she is planning a tour of Sweden soon (well, probably about 4 live appearences), and a tour of england with Humousexual and the Battys in the summer - the crusade is definately on. She played with her heroine Kimya Dawson once (of the Moldy Peaches) but Kimya Dawson hid under a table for the whole gig. She has some songs being released soon - a song on the irrksome 001 compilation (which is officially released in mid-febuary), a song on the compilation on stitch-stitch records, a split 7 " with humousexual on Irrk… and sometime in the future she may have a 7 " album on pink vinyl on Lollipop records in Bristol (if the piggies are in the same country for long enough to record it)
